“Bordianu și Asociații” is actively involved in combating all forms of discrimination and harassment, of all forms of unfair treatment applied to people in identical or similar situations. We hold experience in lodging complaints before the National Council for Combating Discrimination, as well as in legal proceedings having as subject matter the acknowledgement and prohibiting of unfair treatment.
The principle of equal chances should be the key concept of modern society, in all aspects of public life: at the workplace, at school, in hospitals, before public institutions.
